Please make sure you check the size of the product you need. It is unfortunate but if you make an error in size selection we cannot be held responsible for any shipping which would be needed to correct the sizing error.
Online Return Policy
We are confident in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will happily provide a merchandise refund for your order within 15 days of receipt. We stand by our products for quality and workmanship. However, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on a product that is not in its original condition and packaging which includes anything that WE BELIEVE has been washed or used. Some products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For public health and safety as well as hygenic reasons there are no returns or exchanges offered on undergarments, pillows, mattress pads, mattress toppers or duvets.
Clearance and Holiday Products: ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All items returned to Grace Textile Woodbridge will be shipped prepaid by the customer. Goods shipped back to Grace Textile Woodbridge outside of Canada may incur extra duties and taxes and are the purchaser's responsibility. Returning Merchandise Purchased Online by Mail:
To exchange or return merchandise email us at email@example.com to have the exchange/return form sent to you. Complete the Return/Exchange Form indicating the reason for return or exchange and e-mail us your completed form. Place the return form in the box with your merchandise. Please see below for mailing instructions. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive, inspect merchandise and process your return. If the item(s) to be returned are deemed acceptable and in line with our return policy we will refund the total value of the merchandise purchased including any taxes you were charged but excluding ANY delivery charge(s) including any extra duties or fees. Refunds to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Returning Merchandise Purchased Online to a Grace Textile Woodbridge Store Location:
Merchandise purchased online can also be returned to any one of our stores. Merchandise purchased in store can only be exchanged. Please note: You MUST present a printed copy of your on-line receipt with your merchandise when doing a store refund or exchange. Without a printed receipt, no refund or exchange is possible. Please remember the items must be in original condition and packaging and excludes anything we believe is washed or worn.
