How to care for bed sheets, tablecloths and linens in general?
We always recommend following a products washing instructions which can be found on most packaging. It is also a good idea never to use hot water or hot dryer settings, most of the time we find that this can damage linens. Usually warm water and cool dryer settings would do just fine. Another important thing to remember is to always wash your towels on their seperatly; towels have a natural tendency to give off lint, especially in the first couple of washes. What products are available online?
A large range of our products are available online including bedding, bath and home decor and accessories. However, we do carry much more product that is not on our website but is available in our retail stores. Please call one of our locations at (905) 850-7990 or (905) 660-8991 between 930am - 6:00pm EST and one of our customer service representatives will be available to help you with a special order. Are prices shown in Canadian or U.S. dollars?
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. If you are shopping from the U.S., your credit card will be charged at whatever the exchange rate is at the time of your purchase.
When is my credit card charged?
Items are charged to you when they ship, which is usually between 2 and 4 business days for in-stock items. If an item is not available to be shipped immediately, you will not be charged until that item arrives in our warehouse and is ready to be shipped.
How can I find out the status of my online order?
You will receive an email when your order has been placed, when it has been processed, and again when it is ready for shipping (including a tracking number to track your order via Canada Post). If your item is back ordered or there has been a problem with processing an order, you will receive an email notification or we will contact you by phone. Alternatively, you may e-mail Customer Service at email@example.com or call (905) 850-7990 Monday to Friday between 9:30am to 6:00pm to confirm your order.
How do I change or cancel my online order?
Please be advised that we try our best to ship within 48 hours of receipt of order. If we are contacted in regards to a modification or cancellation after 24 hours of having that order placed, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the item may have already been shipped. However, if you realize that you made an error immediately after placing an order we suggest you phone our office directly and have your order number on hand.

We will make every effort to ship your products within 48 hours of receiving your order if your order is in stock. Our order and handling charge includes normal parcel post shipping. Surcharges may apply for large or over sized items and/or if you live in an area (certain northern or remote locations) serviced by an air stage point (Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories).
We will choose the quickest, most economical method of shipment unless you contact us to do otherwise i.e.: express delivery requests. In most cases, your order will be sent via Canada Post Expedited within Canada. Products will be shipped to the Continental U.S via Canada Post Expedited.
Because the shipping rate on orders will vary, the shipping charges have not been added to your subtotal. To view your shipping charges, please fill out the billing address information so that our system can calculate the charges based on your location.
What is a Delivery Surcharge?
Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our couriers may charge a higher rate for these items as the cost to ship is higher than smaller items. Therefore, these items may have a delivery surcharge; we will contact you by email to notify you of this charge prior to confirming and processing your order.
What if I receive my order and it has been damaged?
